Poulin To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness approval to remove existing 3 panel picture window and replace with Brosco two over two, true divided light wood replacement sash window; remove kitchen entry door, and replace with Brosco two over two, true divided light wood replacement sash window; remove 1970’s style casement window, and replace with antique stained glass window, that is matching in design, to those at the front of the house. Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness approval granted by a vote of 5 to 0 The next scheduled meeting is Thursday, May 11 at 7:00 p.m. in the third floor Council Chambers.
