PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. 126 Union Street – Bangor Air Inc. / Union Street Brick Church
To consider a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness approval to install two (2) three
inch PVC pipes for a recently installed gas furnace.
Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness granted by a vote of 5 to 0 with the
condition that the pipes be painted to match and screened with coniferous vegetation.
2. 60 Summer Street – Harmaney Realty
To consider a request for Design Review approval for the continuation of the existing
canopy along the front façade and to install windows as per the drawings submitted.
Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness granted by a vote of 5 to 0.
