Martin PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 128 Main Street – Siam Garden To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval to install a wall sign. Action Taken: Certificate of Appropriateness approval granted by a vote of 5 to 0 with the condition that the second wall sign that was installed on the front of the building and not approved by the Commission and which cannot be permitted be removed. 2. 59 Park Street – Bangor Cellular Telephone, LP Columbia Street Baptist Church To consider a request for Certificate of Appropriateness approval to add three antennas, six cables and three small remote interface boxes to existing rooftop structure. Action Taken: Design Review approval granted by a vote of 5 to 0. 3. 107 Prentiss and Carlilse To consider a request from Prentiss and Carlisle to designate their property at 107 Court Street (also known as the William Augustus Blake House) as an historic landmark. The property is already listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Action Taken: By a vote of 5 to 0, the HPC recommended approval of the application to have the William Augustus Blake House located at 107 Court Street designated as an historic landmark. rd The next scheduled meeting is Thursday, September 8th at 7:00 p.m in the 3 floor Council Chambers.
