The liens were recorded in May 1995. Because these liens have matured, a municipal quitclaim deed is necessary to release the City's interest. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting held On September 15th. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 24 Hewey Street in said Bangor by virtue of matured municipal sewer charge liens recorded in Book 5642, Pages 127, 144, 145 and 157, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Sohn G. Veilleux and Kimberly A. Veilleux. Aseipeed to .........�ykC ........Om....ci....n.. lma 9]-390 The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal Corporation located i Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to JOHN G. VEILLEUX AND KIMBERLY A. VEILLEUX, as Grantees, of Bangor, Penobscot County. Maine, a certain lot Or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon, situated in said Bangor and bounded and described as follows, viz: Two certain lots or parcels of land, together with the buildings thereon situate, located in Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Lots numbered 138 and 139 on Hewey Street according to a Plan of Fair Ground Heights made by Earnest W. Branch dated August 9, 1921, recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 12, Page 1. Each of said Lots being Thirty (30) feet in width on Hewey Street and extending back n a generally southerly direction to a depth of Ninety-five (95) Feet. _ Being the same premises described in a Deed of Sale by Personal Representative (Testate) from Thomas G. Higgins, III, duly appointed and acting personal representative of the estate of Thomas J. Higgins, Jr., deceased testate, t0 the Grantees herein, dated August 16, 1990 and recorded in Book 4703, Page 292, Penobscot Registry Of Deeds. My and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging atomthe granted estate are hereby conveyed. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by virtue of sewer liens recorded in Book 5642, Pages 121, 144, 145 and 151, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements o other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD 1.
