The attached Order would authorize the release of the City's interest in the property. Beller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the mobile home located at Lot 20 B Street, Birch Hill Estates -in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 5899, Page 315. Said deed shall be directed to Judith Bridges. Councilman 97-330 MUNICIPAL OOITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to JUDITH BRIDGES, of Vernon, Connecticut, the property located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: Real estate located at Lot 2D B Street in Birch Hill Estates described as a 1990 14 x 75 Victorian. This property is further designated as cal estate account number 59430, Assessor's Map B39, Lot 2. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1995 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 5894, Page 315. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1995. All public easements or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD I.
