All parking lots and off-street loading areas shall have a "C" bufferyard as provided in Anicle 20 along any property line abutting any residential district, any Multi -family and Service District, any Government and Institutional Service District, any Ruml Residential add Service District, and any Park and Open Space District. B. All parking and off-street loading meas fronting on a public street or private way shall have a "B" bufferyard as provided in Article 20 along the street right-of-way boundary.
