Commentary:
For Referral to Planning Board Meeting of July 1, 1997 at 7:00
p.m.
Since the original zone change on the development parcel on the
front of the Airport on Union Street, the extent of the lot has
changed slightly. This requires an amendment to the previously
rezoned parcel.
The soand parcel is to be rezoned Co accommodate the relocation
of the propane tank owned by Maine Energy Co a parcel adjacent to
the existing car wash and gas station.

of the City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing two parts of a parcel of land located at 1010V Union
Street from Industry & Service District and Government and
Institutional Service District to Shopping and Personal Service
District. Said parts of a parcel containing approximately .78
mapand .50 a and being more particularly indicated on the
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
