Item No. 97-280
Date June 23, 1997
Item/Subject: Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed
-- Real Estate Located at 526 French Street
Responsible Department: Legal
On April 25, 1997 Michael Pomroy paid outstanding sewer charges
against his property located at 526 French street. The four liens
were recorded in June 1994. Because these liens have matured, a
municipal quitclaim deed is necessary to release the City's
interest. The real estate tax account is current.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting held on
June 16th.
