Date June 23. 1994
Item/SUb]eeb AUthori2ing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed
-- Real Estate Located at 135 Forest Avenue
Responsible Department: Legal
On May 1, 1997 James Bigney paid outstanding sewer charges against
his property located at 135 Forest Avenue. The six liens were
recorded in June 1994 and May 1995. Because these liens have
matured, a municipal quitclaim deed 1s necessary to release the
City's interest. The real estate tax account is current.
The Finance Committee recommended approval at its meeting held on
June 15th.
