The program's budget waa msssively exceeded; treraeadous pressure was placed on Public Works at alive when other spring tasks needed to be performed; and the community's aesthetic appearance was damaged for six weeks. In response to these problem&, an wteNepadmatal task force was formed to design a new program to most the commmity'sneed while reducing costs and improving appearucc These individuals cad on num nous occasions and designed this spring's program which was accepted and adopted by the City Council. Tins program met its objectives. in general, our citizens accepted the changes, our coats were reduced, and the community's appearance roes improved. The attached Rasolve will recognize Neu efforts. I recommend your approval.
