Commentary
This is a partial release of the City's tax lien with respect to
one unit in the Penn Plaza commercial condominium project. Taxes
for year concerned (FY '99) were paid with respect to the Unit
Concerned Prior to the statutory tax lien foreclosure date, and
based on that payment the current owner, Karen S. Pouzol, is
entitled to a release of the City's tax lien with regard to her
Unit.

ORDERED.
THAT Ronald 1. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real
estate located at Unit 33B in 33 Penn Plaza in said Bangor by
virtue of mature real estate tax liens recorded in Penobscot County
Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Karen S. Pouzol,
successor in interest to Stillwater Park Professional Realty Trust,
and shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
