currently owned by Clifford and Cindy Blastow. The Bank has
requested that the deed run to the Blastows. The real estate tax
account is current. The attached Order would authorize release of
the City's title to the subject property.

Ronald I. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real
estate located at 29 Bragg Street in said Bangor by virtue of a
matured municipal sewer charge lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Book 5958, Page 188. Said deed shall be
directed to Clifford L. Blastow and Cindy C. Blastow, a copy of
which is attached hereto..

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located i
Bangor. Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration
paid. Ieleases to CLIFFORD L. BLASTOW and CINDY C. BLASTOW, joint
tenants, as Grantees, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, the land
together with any buildings or improvments thereon in said Bangor,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being Lot number One Hundred Eight (108)
according to a map or plan made by Prentiss &
Carlisle Co., Inc. for Kenduskeag Garden Homes,
Inc., recorded In Penobscot County Registry of
Deeds, Plan -Book 19, Pages 105-109, to which
plan and record thereof reference is hereby made
for a further and more particular description of
the premises herein conveyed.
Any and all Other rights, easements, privileges
and appurtenances belonging to the granted
estate are hereby conveyed.
Being the same premises described in a Warranty
Deed from Anne Barry Perna to the Grantees
herein, dated October 9, 1987 and recorded in
Book 4121, Page 244, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any
interest the Grantor may have in the above described property by
virtue of a sewer lien recorded in Book 5958, Page 188, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other public interests
in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are
expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
Baled .with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized,
this day of April, 1997.
