Municipal
Quitclaim Deed/Chiistima
Goddard
DATE:
April 14,
1997
On March 17, 1997 the Finance Committee granted a hardship
abatement to Christina Goddard for her 1996 and 1997 property
taxes. On January 3, 1997, Ms. Goddard had paid her 1995 taxes.
However, the 1995 tax lien had matured on December 12, 1996.
Therefore, a municipal quitclaim deed is necessary for the City to
release its interest created by the maturing of the 1995 tax lien.
This item will be on the agenda for the April 22nd Finance
Committee meeting.
