The taxes concerned were paid by Greentree Financial Corp. as mortgage holder. The statutory redemption period for the 1995 tax lien expired in December, 1996. The administrative quitclaim fee was also paid. The attached Order would authorize a release of the City's title if approved. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the mobile home located at Lot 230, Cedar Falls Mobile Home Park in said Bangor by virtue of a matured real estate tax lien for fiscal year 1995 recorded in Book 5895, Page 37, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Greentree Financial Corp. as successor in interest to Andrew and .Judy Cote. Lot 230 A�e.i�p�me�dto C ......W.W:`:4.ti^^^.vh......ounci..n*c'i lmen.. 97-191 The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation, located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases to GREENTREE FINANCIAL CORP., a corporation with its principal place of business in Bedford, New Hampshire, as successor in interest to Andrew and Judy Cote, the property located in said Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described as follows: SIGNED, SEALED AND DELIVERED IN THE PRESENCE OF CITY OF BANGOR By Ronald 1. HELLER, Finance Director, and acknowledged the foregoing instrument to be his free act and deed in his said capacity, and the free act and deed of said body corporate. Said property is further designated as City of Bangor real estate tax account number 59903, Assessors Map R21, Lot 11. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1995 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien corded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 5875, Page 37. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1995. All public easements or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. .The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its Corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD 1.
