Item Na. 97-96
Date January 27, 1997
Item/Subject: Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed
-- Real Estate Located at 20 Wood Street
Responsible Department: Legal
Recently, the City Treasurer's office learned of a 1992 tax lien
that had not been discharged at the time of payment_ The attorney
involved has requested that the deed be directed to the successor
in title. A review of the real estate account reveals that it is
current.
The attached Order, if approved, would authorize a release of the
City's title.
