administrative quitclaim fee.
The attached Order, if approved, would authorize a release of the
City's title.

ORDERED,
TEAT Ronald 1. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the
mobile home located at 27 I Street (Birch Hill Estates) in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged municipal tax lien for fiscal
year 1994 recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed
shall be directed to Ivare Dell Sones, and shall be in the form
attached to this Order.

MDNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation, located in
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for Consideration
paid, releases to IVARE DELL JONES, as Grantee, of Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, the property located in said Bangor and
more particularly described as follows:
Mobile home located at 27 I Street (Birch Hill
Estates) in said Bangor, and further described
as a 1988 14 x 73 Victorian. Said property is
further designated as City of Bangor real estate
tax account number 94326, Assessors Map B39, Lot
2.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for tax year
1994 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Book 5661, Page 214.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any
interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by
virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1994. All public
easements or other public interests in the described premises for
roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY of BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
Baled with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of January, 1997.
