As a result of the sa]C the City received payment of the real estate taxes assessed against the property for tax years 1994, 1995 and 1996 together with the administrative quitclaim fee. The attached Order, if approved, would authorize a release of the City's title. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to. execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the mobile home located at Lot 75, Holiday Park in said Bangor by virtue of a municipal tax lien for fiscal year 1999 recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Henry Lawlor, successor in title to Richard Green, and shall be in the form attached to this Order. T. 97-71 MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF HANSON, a municipal corporation located i Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for Consideration paid, releases to HENRY LAWLOR, successor in title to Richard Green, as Grantee, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at lot 75 Holiday Park in said Bangor, and further described as a 1986 14 x 70 Pointer, S#18313. Said property is further designated as City real estate aunt number - 86399, Assessor's Map R49, Lot 7A. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1994 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 5661, Page 144. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above described property by virtue of unpaid real estate taxes assessed for the year 1994. All public easements or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD I.
