Helier, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real estate located at 178 Harlow Street in said Bangor by virtue of matured municipal sewer charge liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to George L. Tsoulas and in a form approved by the City Solicitor. Councilman 97-70 DRAFT MFNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County. Maine, as Grantor, for Consideration paid, releases to GEORGE L. TSOULAS Of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantee, a certain lot or parcel of land together with any improvements thereon, situated in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows: "Certain lot of land with rings. on asouth- westerly side of Harlow St Beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly line of Haynes Court with the southwesterly line of Harlow St.; thence northwesterly on & by said line of Harlow St. 47.5 ft. to a point where said line of Harlow St. would be intersected by the extension n a northeasterly direction of the north- westerly line of the brick bldg. standing on the premises; thence southwesterly on & by said extension & on & by the said line of said bldg. & extension thereof in a southwesterly direction 229.17 £t. to a bolt in the division line between the premises herein described & land of the City of Bangor; thence Southeasterly on & by said division line 46.12 ft. to a bolt in the northwesterly line of Haynes Court; thence northeasterly on & by said line of Haynes Court 229.83 ft. to the point of beginning. Also granting to the grantee the right to use common with others a a passageway for loading1& unloading merchandise, a strip of land 14' wide lying northwesterly of & adjoining the northwesterly line of the described premises & extending southwesterly 65 ft. from the southwesterly line of Harlow St. No fence, curbing shall be placed on right of way. Right of way shall not be used for parking purposes. This deed reserves a right to others to build a new bldg. against the northwesterly line of the brick bldg. now on the lot herein conveyed but not nearer than 65 ft. from Harlow St." Being the same premises as described in a Warranty (Corrective deed) from Sampson -Ripley Co. to George L. Tsoulas, dated August 4, 1959 and recorded in Volume 1688, Page 17, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Further reference may be had to a Warranty Deed from George L. Tsoulas to George L. Tsoulas, Trustee under agreement dated August 31, 1990, and recorded in said Registry in Book 4788, Page 258, and a Trustee's Deed from George L. Tsoulas, Trustee under agreement dated August 31, 1990, t0 George L. Tsoulas, dated September 30, 1991 and recorded in Book 4917, Page 207, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. 97-70 Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging t0 the granted estate are hereby conveyed. January The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the above described property by virtue of sewer liens recorded in Book 5643, Page 83; Book 5643, Page 84; and Book 5643, Page 85, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. All public easements or other public interests in the described promises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be Baled with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by RONALD I.
