Tax Payment Agreement with the City Pursuant to the agreement the
1994 taxes, though now matured, hav been paid, as well ea the 1995
taxes. N and S Westgate mrvat has p�eec nttly entered into a purchase
and sale agreement with Eastern Nai% He9lthcare. They have
requested this deed to be held in escrow pending the closing on the
sale. At the time of closing the deed will be delivered and the
outstanding real estate taxes will be paid. The closing has been
tentatively scheduled for November 27, 1996.

TMT Ronald 1. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal
Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in the real
estate located at 915 Union Street in said Bangor by virtue of a
matured municipal tax 'lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of
Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to N and T Westgate Trust.
Said deed shall be held in escrow p ding the sale of 915 Union
Street to Eastern Maine Healthcare d the payment of all
outstanding real estate Cazea tlae t City of Bangor on the
property.

existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Maine,
located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for

dated July 5, 1967 recorded in the Planobscot County Registry of

An easement for the purpose of crossing and recrossing by
pedestrians and vehicles over and across a
certain lot or parcel of
land situate on the. generally northeasterly side of Union Street,
n Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, bounded and
described as fellows, to wit:
Beginning at a stake set in the ground in the
generally northeasterlysidelineof Union Street, so-called, at the
generally northwesterly corner of a certain lot or parcel of land
conveyed to Hazel G. Doyen by the deed of Selma T. Moores, dated
February 14, 1963, recorded in.said Registry, volume 1883, Page
175; thence southeasterly along the generally northwesterly
sideline of said Union Street forty )40) feet to a point marking
the generally southerly corner of an easement granted to the Bangor
Hydro -Electric Company by 2elma T. Moores, dated January 20, 1941,
recorded in said Registry, Volume 1157Page 462; thence
northeasterly and running parallel the generally southeasterly

Being the aame premises described in a Quitclaim Deed from
Nicholas L. Violas and Nicholas J. Pp lopoulos, As Trustees of N
Bud N Bangor Trust, to the Grantees 'herein, dated March 18, 1988
and recorded in Book 4201, Page 203, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and
appurtenances belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantees any
interest the Grantor may have in the above described property by
virtue of a tax lien recorded in Book 5661, Page 357, Penobscot
Registry of Deads. All public easements or other public interests
in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are
expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has used this instrument to be
salad with its corporate seal, and igned in its corporate name by
RONALD 1. GELLER, Finance Director, execute duly authorized,
