Summary
Sewer and stormwater liens matured on the property of Sandra and Hollie Hallett of 485 Kenduskeag
Avenue. All outstanding charges due the City have been paid. There are no outstanding real estate
taxes or property issues. Because the liens matured, a municipal quitclaim deed is required to
release the City's interest in the property.

Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed - Real Estate Located at 485 Kenduskeag Avenue.
Be it Ordered by the City Council of the City of Bangor that,
Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have by virtue of undischarged sewer
and stormwater liens recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 13892, Page 337, Book
14041, Page 15, Book 14268, Page 309, Book 14439, Page 296 and Book 14441, Page 63. Said deed shall be
directed to Sandra J. Hallett Life Estate and Hollie J. Hallett, Remainderman, in final form approved by the City
Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
