HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-09-14 98-347 ORDERCOUNCIL ACTION Item No. 9X-347 Date September 14, 1998 Item/Subject: Authorizing Execution of Partial Discharge -- Real Estate Located at 219 Hudson Road Responsible Department: Legal Property of Elwin Hurd located at 217 Hudson Road is subject to two sal estate tax liens. Mr. Hurd's neighbors, Randon and Judy Bragdon have an agreement with Mr. Hurd to acquire 12.1 acres of his land. The Bragdons will pay a pro -rated portion of the outstanding real estate taxes. This Order will authorize the release of so much of the Hurd property as is being conveyed to the Bragdons. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its September 8, 1998 meeting. Brandon and a line fence, said boundary being 2,560 feet more or less; on the east by a line fence dividinn land herein conveyed from land now or formerly of one Sanford and one Mowers being 201 feet more or less from the southeast comer northerly on the line fence to a pin; on the metric by a straight line 2,691 feet more or less from said pin on the northeast comer to a pin on the northwest comer on the Hudson Road; on the west by 237 feet more or less on the Hudson Road from the pin on the northwest comer southerly to the pin that marks the common west corner between the adjoining properties of Elwin L.
