delivery in hand or by registered or certified mail.
LOCATION:
WEBSTER AVE, one pole to be located approximately 25 feet southerly
from the intersection of SILVER ROAD.
DESCRIPTION
The facilities will consist of a line composed of wood poles and
supports therefor, crossarms, wires and/or cables together with
associated appurtenances. The minimum clearance of the wires and/or
cables, other than guy wires, will be at least eighteen feetver
the public The poles will be set within the limits of the public
way, but outsiy de the part thereof customarily used for travel by
vehicles. The initial operation of the facilities will be at 7200
volts, three phase; the voltage will be increased as occasion
therefore requires for the operation not in excess of 20 RV to ground.

TO: Bangor City Council - City of Bangor
BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Maine corporation being duly
authorized pursuant to the laws of the State of Maine to generate,
Bell, distribute and supply electricity in the City of Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State aforesaid, hereby applies for a permit to
authorize it to locate, construct, maintain and operate certain of its
facilities hereinafter described upon, along, over and across certain
public ways situated in said City of Bangor.
No public notice of this application will be made in accordance
with the terms and conditions of Title 35-A, Section 2503, MRSA as
amended.
