conned by a representative ofLA.MM. regarding an interest in operating this concession. A copy ofthim letter
of ivtaeat is attached.

or seasonal commercial activities shall he selected through a RFP proones." The guidelines go on to stn: "Other

operations m this location as forwarded bink to the Fedael Goverment. Our essential view of the concession
