Ilam/Subject Demolition of 21 Fourth Street - asbestos removal

Commentary:
21 Fourth Street is a structure previously owed by the
G.T. Tsoulas Trust. a 3 unit building,placarded for 2-3
years, on a 25'x100' lot the Council and staff reached
consensus that the structure, which the City took possession
of in January, should be demolished. The Danolition Reserve
Account was set up by Council in February to hold the
proceeds from certain land and building sales. The account
has approximately $6,400.00 as of this date. This order
allocates $2,242.30 for asbestos removal to prepare the
building for demolition.
