By changing parcels of land located off 1-95, Haskell Road and
Mt. Hope Avenue (Tax Map No. R-70, Part of Parcel 1G, and Part Of
Parcel 14, and Tax Map No. R-71, Part Of Parcel 3) from Rural
Residence and Agricultural District and Low Density Residential
