There are outstanding property taxes on this account for 1996, 1997 and 1998 totalling $673.00. Holiday Park has terminated the interest of the owner who had abandoned the property' through the State's abandoned property statute. The mortgage holder has also released its interest. The mobile home Is of little or no value. The Glenburn Fire Department will be taking the mobile home for fire training. Holiday Park has asked that the City release its interest in the mobile home so that they may dispose of it. This Council Order conveys the property to Holiday , Park. Heller, Finance Director, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have in a mobile home located on Lot 171 at Holiday Park, 979 Essex Street in said Bangor by virtue of undischarged municipal real estate tax liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Holiday Park, a Maine General Partnership. Councilman The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation, located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantor, for consideration paid, releases t0 HOLIDAY PARK, a Maine General Partnership, as Grantee, of Bangor, the property located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows: Mobile home located at Lot 171, Holiday Park in said Bangor and further described as follows: 1979 12x56 Liberty, Serial Number 13626. Said property is further designated as City of Bangor real estate tax account number 97831, Assessors Map R47. Lot 7A. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor for unpaid taxes assessed for tax year 1996 by virtue of undischarged tax liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Book 6139, Page 305 and Book 6144, Page 78. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed against David Green for tax year 1996. All public easements or other public interests in the described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
