Consent Agenda a. Resolve, Accepting & Appropriating $2,549,297 in FAA and $141,628 in MDOT Funds for Work on Taxiway N and A and to Rehabilitate Dock Area Taxi Lanes (AIP 66) Motion made and seconded to recommend to full Council, motion passed unanimously 2. Bids/Purchasing a. Bus Purchase – Community Connector – Gillig - $850,990 Motion made and seconded to recommend to full Council to piggy-back on the State of Delaware contract for the purchase of two busses, motion passed unanimously b. FY 16 Paving Program – Public Works – B & B Paving - $999,614 Motion made and seconded to recommend to full Council to award contract to low bidder, motion passed unanimously c. FY 15 Paving Contract Extension – Lane Construction Motion made and seconded to recommend to full Council to extent the FY 15 paving contract to finish up the work that was not completed due to winter conditions, motion passed unanimously d. Request to Waive Bid Process – Public Works – Asphalt Recycler Motion made and seconded to recommend to full Council to waive the bid process to purchase the prior year hold over equipment that had been reviewed by the State and City crews, motion passed unanimously e. Request to Waive Bid Process – WWTP – Sewer Line Camera Truck Motion made and seconded to recommend to full Council to waive the bid process to purchase a second vehicle from the bidder awarded a similar bid last year to allow for standardization, motion passed unanimously f. Request to Waive Bid Process – WWTP – Flyght Pump Repairs Motion made and seconded to approve waiving the bid process for repairs deemed most appropriately addressed by the OEM (original equipment manufacturer), motion passed unanimously g. Request to Waive Bid Process – WWTP – Level Controllers Motion made and seconded to approve waiving the bid process to replace legacy level controllers with updated units from the OEM (original equipment manufacturer), motion passed unanimously 3. Annual Assessors Update City Assessor reviewed the information related to the recently completed FY 16 assessment process. In addition, he reviewed the informational overview that will be posted to the City’s website and government channel. Meeting adjourned at 5:55 pm
