Re: 78 Wing Street
Bangor, Maine 04401
Dear Mr. Rice:
I have enclosed two checks payable to the City of Bangor, one in the amount of
8975.17 in payment of the outstanding sewer charges for the above property, and the other
in the amount of 8782.40 in payment of the outstanding taxes for that property.
It is my understanding that payment of these amounts will allow the City to release
its interest in the property.
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development is conveying its
Interest in the property to CEI Housing, Inc, P.O. Box 268, Wiscrea, Maine 04578, and I
would ask that the deed from the City be prepared in the name of CEI Housing, Inc. You
may forward that deed to my mention and I will see to its recording.
Thank you for your assistance in this mater, and please call with any questions
Ve ly yours,
