It is my understanding that payment of these amounts will allow the City to release its interest in the property. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development is conveying its Interest in the property to CEI Housing, Inc, P.O. Box 268, Wiscrea, Maine 04578, and I would ask that the deed from the City be prepared in the name of CEI Housing, Inc. You may forward that deed to my mention and I will see to its recording.
