THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated October 28, 1991, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing parts of parcels of land located on Mt. Hope Avenue
(Tax Map No. A-62, Part of Parcels 5A and 5J) from Government and
Institutional Service District to General Commercial and Service
District. Said parts of parcels Containing approximately 2,000
sq. ft, and being more particularly indicated on the map attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

SUBJECT: Mt Hope Avenue Zone Change Request
The request Por a zone change on Mt. Hope Avenue for a small (80' x 25) area containing
the access drive to the back side of the Isuzu Dawship property is located in the now notorious
25 foot strip ofGovenunent and Institutional Service District zoning which was reserved tram the
original zone change to commercial of this property young ago.
We have seen drabs of an agremnant between the neighbors (East Side Neighborhood
Association) and the property owner in which the Eau Side Neighborhood Association is
agreeing not a oppose such a zone change. (This site plan approval for this property which
included the access drive bear Mt. Hope Avenue has been in the courts for some time now and
there was an appeal filed on a Iowa court decision which lead to the agreement of the parties not
to pursue this further in the courts)
We will hope to have a copy of the exacted agreement between the parties available prior
to acting on the zone change.
