"Owner", and the fnm of Edwards and Kelcey, Inc. One Sundial Avenue, Suite 410, Manchester, New

Wf11NESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the Owner proposes to undertake a study at Bangor International Airport, which study is
morespecifically described as follows:
• preparation of aRemnstruction Methods Analysis for Runway 15-33, and
• Prepare a Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the Ownm desires professional engineering and plarming ser ac s in corunXtion with the
aforesaid study to be performed in compliance with alt the regulations of the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) and the State of Maine Department of Transportation (MeDO]), hereinafter
Marred to as the "State Agency",both of which are Pmddpa ing in the funding of this Project; and;
