Coupore redeemed for clinic services will serve as a measurement tool as well. Percent of coupons redeemed each quarter will be noted. Provide individual risk assessment for each client requuting counseling/testing services and provide risk reduction education specific to client's behaviors 2. Negotiate with clients regarding risk reduction behavior changes to be implemented between pre and post-test visits. Document client plans on counselor intake form. 3. Review risk reduction plan at post -ten; identify and document adherence to risk reduction plan 4. Assist client to identify additional needs for risk reduction behavior implementation and document on counselor form. PROCESS OBdECfIVES Continue participation ba the BN seroprevalence study conducted by CDC. All STD Clinic attendees having a serological test for syphilis will be included N double blinded seroprevalence testing for EBV Ab.
