Commentary:
Title to this property was acquired by the City through a matured
1995 tax lien. Coastal Enterprise Housing, Inc, has obtained a
release from the former owner, the George Tsoulas Trust, and sought
release of the City's interest. Coastal Enterprise Housing, Inc.
will pay the City $3,800.00 for the release and the conveyance will
be subject to the condition that the property remain taxable and
that the property be brought in compliance with the City's codes.
The Finance Committee has recommended approval.

ORDERED,
TUT the City Manager is hereby authorized, on behalf of
the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed conveying
tax -acquired property of the City of Bangor located at 53-55 Ohio
Street (Tax Map 41, Lots 3 and 4) to Coastal Enterprise Housing,
Inc., of Wiscasset, upon payment to the City of $3,800.00 as a
Purchase Price for the property. Said deed shall be in a form
approved by the City Solicitor.
