At the time, there were matured 1996 and 1997 tax liens, together with outstanding 1998 and 1999 taxes in the total mount of $1,400. The tax liens in question were in the name of Lawrence E. Merrill. Because the real estate tax liens have matured, a deed from the City is necessary. The Finance Committee recommended accepting Ms. Merrill's payment and deeding the property to her at its February let meeting. Department xeaa VU Manager's Comments: WIROMONek WON Associated Information: Order, Deed Budget Approval: 04 IDeRCE D rector City Solicitor Introduced For CONSENT AGENDA x Passage First Reading Referral Page 1 of 3— Awipped [o Cmmdor Crmle9 Bacch 10, 1999 CITY OF BANGOR (TITLE.) 09rarr, __ Authorizing Execution of nun ipa .,.gmtclaim Deed -- Real Estate Located at 150 Hudson Road By Bu City Council of Ow City of Banrwr ORDERED, THAT Ronald 1.
