Dalton before it matured. However, it was not discharged on the record at the Registry of Deeds. Because of the age of the lien, a quitclaim deed is now required. This Order would authorize release of the City's interest in the property to the current property owner. The tax account is otherwise current, and there are no existing code violations. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its February 18th meeting. 0 Department Head y Manager's Comments: j sbees o M City Manager Associated Information: Order, Deed Finance D Iector Zn4T' Ldw City Solicitor Introduced For CONSENT AGENDA X Passage First Reading Referral Page 1 of 3 99-87 Aeigaed to Couneem Blanchette FebtaarF 22, 1999 CITY OF BANGOR (TITLE.)
