Because the 1996 and 1997 liens have matured, a municipal quitclaim deed is required. This Order would authorize the release of the City's interest in the property by virtue of the matured tax liens. The Treasurer's Office has prepared and recorded a discharge document for the 1998 tax lien. There are no code issues with the property. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its December 21, 1998 meeting.
