Item/Subject: Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim need
-- Real Estate Located at 108 Third Street
Responsible Department: Legal
The owner of property located at 108 Third Street has complied with
the terms of a workout agreement with the City. The real estate
new account is now current, and there are no outstanding sewer user
fees. There are no code issues with the property.
Because the sewer liens have matured, a deed from the City is
necessary. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its
December 9th meeting.
