The taxpayer is prepared to pay all real estate taxes due for 1996 through and including 1999, $39,531.34. The taxpayer is requesting a municipal quitclaim deed from the City. There are no outstanding sewer charges. There are no code issues with the property. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its October 5, 1998 meeting.
