This mistake was not caught until Ms. Lever had quit her previous employment and had began her orientation with the Nureing facility. Given Met Ms.Levercornpletalthe application honestly and conessly by identifying her brother-in-law on the application as expired, and given that the City's mistake caused Ms. Lever to resign her previous employment to accept a Instead with the City, it is am recommendation drat the Nepotism Polity be waived and she be pemutred 0 work at the Nursing Facility. As a final note, herbrother-in-law works at the maintenance division and, as such, they will be in different divisions, working different shiRs,andmder Nedvectionofdiffen:ntsupmisors.
