Most of the remainder of Stillwater Avenue is a 100 foot right-of-way. Receipt of this deed is part of the agreement for the City to give the Grantors an easement along Kittredge Road. MCLAUGHLIN, both of Brewer, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantors, for consideration paid, grant to the CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Maine and located at Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantee, with Quitclaim Covenants, a certain lot or parcel of land situated in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, bounded and described as follows: A strip of land seventeen (17) feet in width on the northwest side of Stillwater Avenue extending from the intersection of the east side of the Kittredge Road and the northwest side of Stillwater Avenue in a northeasterly direction three hundred ninety-three and eighty-six one hundredths (393.86) feet. Meaning and intending to convey the south- easterly seventeen (17) feet of three parcels of land described in deeds from Frederick L. Darr and Lucille P. Darr to Fred Gallant and Michael McLaughlin, dated December 6. 1996 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Volume 6325, Page 145 and Kenneth E. Spencer and Priscilla G. Spencer to Frederick Gallant and Michael M. McLaughlin, dated February 14, 1997 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Volume 6325, Page 143 and Mary L. Parker, Melvin E. Parsons, Harold E. Parsons, Robert A. Parsons, Edward R. Parsons, David W. Parsons, William E. Parsons, and Phillip A. Parsons to Fred P. Gallant and Michael J.
