Barrett, City Manager Responsible DepeMsnent: City Council The City Council has recently completed the annual esluation of the Coy Manager. As a result of that valuation, a numbo of changes hate been proposes W the employment agreene t between the CRY and the Manager. These are: establishing an annual saery of $91,952; extruding the term of the agreement from June 30, 2001 to June 30, 2002; Increasing the notice provisions our contract terminatbn from threw to sm morths; and clarifying the continued provision of benefits during the period. O ERm, MAT The annual salary for the City Manager is hereby set at MMneryrone thousand four hundred fifty-seven dollars ($91,457). Nothing in this agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the County to Rsminate Me seMces of Employee at any time, upon one hundred eighty (180) days notice th Employee subject only to the provisions set foe in Section 3 of one agreement. C.
