ROY. Sr. by virtue of a matured 1999 tax lien. Payment in the amount of $6,000 was received by United Bank for 1997-1999 real estate taxes and outstanding a chargee. There are no known code problems with the property In order to accommodate a closing during the week of October 18th, a quitclaim deed was prepared. ROY, SR., Of Augusta, Kennebec County, Maine, as Grantee, the property located in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Real estate located at 111 Fourth Street in said Bangor, and further described in a deed recorded n Volume 3901, Page 224, Penobscot Registry of - Deeds. This property is further designated as .Assessor's Map 34, Lot 107, real estate account number 08434. Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging to the granted - estatearehereby conveyed. The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in .the above-described property by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien assessed for tax year 1997 against Raymond L. Roy, Br, and recorded in Book 6400, Page 238,Penobscot Registry of reads.
