WITNESSETH; WHEREAS, the Lessor is the owner of land and buildings known as "Park Woods," heats! at the nortlmdy comer of the intavetion of Union Sued and Griffin Road in the City of Burger, County of Penobscot, and Stam of Maine WHEREAS, Acadia Hospital Corporation entered into an Indenture of Lease with Lesseverdmed May 3, 2000 for the lease of eight units in Park Woods; WHEREAS, Acadia Hospital Cooperation assigned its leasehold interest to Acadia Healthcare on April 29,201; WHEREAS the May 3, 2100 Indenture of Lease expired on January 31, 2002; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire m continue the lege on a mouth -to -month basis; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the rents herein reserved and covenants contained herein, the CITY OF BANGOR and ACADIA HEALTHCARE agree that the Indenture of Lege dated May 3, 2000 shell continue in full force ander t exceptas modified herein.
