Sunbury Properties, LLC has requested the City grant from an extension oftbe r tentative developer status
for development of a proposed 22,000-25,000 square foot medical office building on Lot 10 in the Maine
Business Enterprise Pmk. This Order would grant Sunbury Properties, LLC an extension ofthert
exclusive status as developer of the site until November 22, 2004 and omit then the City would deal
exclusively with Sunbury Properties, LLC for development of the site. During this period, Sunbury
Propenes, LLC would bave an opportunity to submit for the City Council's consideration a more specific
proposal for its proposed development sufficient in donut to outline the general scope of development and
convey to the City sufficient information to determine the level of investment and cbmacter of the work to
be performed.
