HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-03-14 05-101 ORDERItem Mo. os -Int Date: March 14, 2005 Item/Subject ORDER, Extending the Tentative Developer Status of Don Kelly - 469 Grancivlew Avenue Development Site Responsible Deparbrlent Community and Economic Development Don Kelly has requested the City grant him a 60 -day extension of his tentative developer status for a proposed housing development on Grandview Avenue imroNing his property and property owned by the City. The tentative developer status granted Mr. Kelly on December 27 expires March 14a. This Order would extend the tentative developer status to May 231°, the data of Me second Council meeting in May. Mr. Kelly proposes the development of twenty-two residential units in eleven separate buildings, ten of which would be in five buildings located on property presently owned by the City at the corner of GranNew Avenue and Hillside Street. The remaining twelve residential units in so: separate buildings would be on an adjacent parcel owned by Mr. Kelly on the corner of Grandview Avenue and Broadway. This Order would grant Mr. Kelly an extension of his exclusive status as developer of the City awned Grandview Avenue development site until May 23, 2005. Until then Me City would deal exclusively with Mr. Kelly for development of the age. During this pend, Mr. Kelly would have an opportunity m submit for the City Council's consideration amore defined! development proposal that would be incorporated Into a development option agreement for the Council's consideration on or before May 23, 2005.
