Council Ordinance 06-246
Please be advised that the Planning Board at Its regularly scheduled
meeting on July 5, 2006, held a public hearing on the above contract zone
request.
The Planning Office provided the Planning Board with a brief history of the
City's involvement with these properties and the current redevelopment proposal.
No one spoke in support of, or in opposition to, the proposed rezoning
request.
Given the rezoning request's consistency with the proposed land use in
the Comprehensive Plan and its compatibility with adjacent residential properties
the Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend approval of the proposed
contract zone change to the City Council
