Gould, Planning Officer SUBJECT: Amending Land Development Code Chapter 165-94 Waterfront Development District and related Schedule A Council Ordinance 06-226 Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting on June 20, 2006 held a Public Hearing on the above land Development Cade Amendment. The Planning Staff gave a brief update on the amendment that stems for issues that remained from the last revision in December of 2005 surrounding intermodal facilities, and accommodation of the Maim Products Center. The Board found the proposed amendments addressed their previous concerns and voted unanimously to recommend W the City Council that it adopt the proposed amendment to the Waterfront Development District and related Schedule A.
