(TITLE.) Ordinance, Amending the Sign Ordinance, Chapter 260, § 260-8 Commercial,
Industrial, Government and Institutional and Waterfront Development Districts.

That Chapter 260, the Sign Ordinance, § 260-8, be amended by adding the
underlined text, as follows:
§ 760-8. Commercial, Industrial. Government and Institutional and Waterfront
Development Distrkttr.
Every on-premises sign erected in Neighborhood Service (NSD), Urban Service (USD),
Shopping and Personal Service (S 8 PS), General Commercial 8 Service (GC 8 S), Tgh Iryl
8 Service fT 6 S7. urban Industry (UID), Indusby and Service (I 8 S), Government and
Institutional Service (G 81SO) and Waterfront Development (WDD) Districts shall comply with
the requirements set forth in this section.
A. General requirements.
