All outstanding charges due the City have been paid. Because the liens matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release the City's Interest in the property. The deed will be directed to the new owners', Laurice and Joyce Goodwin, Trustees of the Goodwin Family Trust. The Finance Committee recommended approval. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have by virtue of undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 5661, Page 208, Book 6140, Page OD4, Book 6407, Page 001 and Book 6719, Page 244.
