Commentary:
On July 16, 2008, the City received two bids far our annual street paving program. The bid prices
were $1,091,875.70 and $1,507,611.50.
On July 21, 2008, the Finance Committee reviewed and approved staff recommendation for the
aware ofthls contractto the low responsible bidder, the Lane Contraction Corpo atten of Bangor, in
the amount of $1,091,875.70.
The contract aware recommendation must be reviewed approved by the City Council as it is over
$100,000.
