Date: June 8, 2009 Item No. 09, 208
Item/Subject: Order, Approving Processing Fee Schedule — Planning Division
Responsible Department: Planning Division
Commentary:
The purpose of this Order is to update the Planning Division's Processing Fee Schedule for
processing fees and advertisement reimbursement fees for 2010. The Processing Fee Schedule
has not been revised since 2003. The Schedule revises the rates charged and includes
additional categories to reflect changes in increased areas of reviews. This item was before the
Infrastructure Committee at its meeting on June 2, 2009. At that meeting. the Committee
recommended that the City Council adopt the proposed Processing Fee Schedule.
